In order to sell us your natural gold, please follow these steps.

#1 PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST– Do not send us your gold unless you have emailed us photos and weights of your natural gold, and we have agreed on a price.

#2 SHIP YOUR GOLD– You must ship your gold within 1 business day of our agreement, or we reserve the right to re-evaluate our offer based on the current market value. We highly recommend shipping your package to include insurance and signature confirmation as well as a tracking number. 

#3 NOTIFY US– Send us and email within 24 hours of mailing your package letting us know the postal service and tracking number.

#4 RECEIVE GOLD AND PAYMENT– After we receive your gold, we will then weigh and authenticate the gold to make sure it’s what we have agreed upon. We will then email you letting you know that we have sent you a Bank Draft within 48 hours.
